Rhythmus: Regelmäßig
P-Welle: Normal (positiv & geht jedem QRS voraus)
PR-Intervall: Normal (0,12-0,20 Sek)
QRS-Intervall: Normal (0,06-0,10 Sek)

Ein normaler Sinusrhythmus zeigt sich durch eine Herzfrequenz im Normalbereich von 60-100 Herzschlägen pro Minute mit konstanter Frequenz, abgesehen von Variationen aufgrund der Atmung. Die P-Wellen sollten positiv und innerhalb einer normalen Amplitude sein (< 2,5mm bei Ableitung II und III).
