Rhythm analysis indicates sinus tachycardia, with a left bundle branch block. PACs and PVCs are present.
This encounter shows sinus tachycardia with P waves and a regular rhythm. The QRS is wider than 120 milliseconds, leading to a further investigation of conduction blocks. The QRS to the left of the J point in lead V1 is negative, making this a left bundle branch block.
