Rhythm analysis indicates normal sinus rhythm, with a right bundle branch block.
This encounter shows a normal rate of ~76 bpm, with a regular rhythm and P waves, indicating normal sinus. A right bundle branch block (RBBB) is also present, indicated by the wide QRS, which is positive to the left of the J point in Lead V1. Bundle branch blocks can cause symptoms such as fainting and can make it more difficult for the heart to pump efficiently.
