60 year old female patient with multiple trauma monitored during aortic graft procedure.
Rhythm analysis indicates a normal sinus rhythm (NSR). Also present is a first degree heart block.
This encounter shows a regular rhythm and heart rate, displaying P waves. This is normal sinus rhythm. However, the P wave is over 200 ms or one square from the QRS, making this first degree heart block. This condition represents a delay between atrial and ventricular conduction. It is not considered a dangerous condition.
