71 year old male patient monitored during resection and grafting of abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Rhythm analysis indicates a junctional tachycardia rhythm with a right bundle branch block (RBBB). Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) and premature junctional complexes (PJCs) are present.
This encounter shows a fast rate of over 100bpm. The lack of P waves and a normal rhythm indicate junctional tachycardia. A right bundle branch block (RBBB) is also seen; this is indicated by the wide QRS which is positive to the left of the J Point in lead V1.
