47 year old female patient monitored during exploratory laporatomy for small bowel obstruction. Patient has a terminal condition.
Rhythm analysis indicates a sinus tachycardia rhythm with nonspecific ST segment and T wave abnormalities.
This encounter shows a fast rate of over 100bpm. This can be determined utilizing the square counting method or the six second method. The presence of P waves and regular rhythm are indicative of sinus tachycardia. The patient in this case has a weak EKG signal.
