Ein Herzblock ersten Grades tritt auf, wenn die elektrischen Impulse, die sich durch den AV-Knoten bewegen, verzögert (aber nicht blockiert) sind. Ersten Grades bezeichnet eine verlangsamte Leitung ohne ausgelassene Herzschläge.
